Alice and Jasper

Alice and Jasper

There love is subtle and not easily explained or defined but it's obvious that they mean the world to each other.
Jasper finds hope and reassurance in Alice, and Alice saw him, and knew that he was the guy that would 'complete' her.
They fit together – like corresponding pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.
Seemingly opposite kinds of people – see table – but they have a connection that only the two of them can understand.

They give a true meaning to the term soul mates – with such obvious differences they still love one another. She gave Jasper hope, and now they give us hope. Hope that we can find love, even if it is with someone who is so different than yourself. There mental connection is so much stronger than if they had a physical one. The whole mental thing is so romantic. Who wouldn't want a guy that could truly understand you in the way Jasper does Alice?
It's an intriguing love because we know little about it. Stephenie gives us the basics and you really get a feel for them but you don't get to know what they really are. I want to know what happens with them.
They don't even need to talk to one another to know what is going on with one another. I mean, I know the whole gift thing is the obvious reasoning behind this. But I don't think it really is. I just think that they know each other so well that they don't need words.
They share a quite love that differs from the other couples in the book.
Alice keeps Jasper from giving in to his vampire instinct and Jasper seems to keep Alice grounded.
They do everything to keep one another from getting hurt, even going as far as lying (in Alice's case). Jasper (in the newborn fight) tries to do everything to stop Alice having to fight and Alice (in Volterra) lies to him to keep him from coming to see the Volturi.
They are opposite and these opposite traits balance the other ones out. Him being guarded balances Alice's openness, I suppose you could call it.
When they look into each others eyes, it's like they are sending love. Jasper can imagine doing something, and Alice could see it. Alice can sends out waves of emotions that Jasper can feel. The silence is the best part. It's so gentle and sweet. If I ever find 'the one' I would much rather have a relationship like Alice's and Jasper's rather than one like Rosalie's and Emmett's (even though I love Emmett)
They don't need drama and big proclamations of love. They just need each other. They don't even need words.
There love is the most intense of them all, maybe even more intense than Edward and Bella's love. Again, I mention the ascents of talking because it makes it more intense.
